Critical Infrastructure Sectors Designate Mitchell Graphics an Essential Service Provider

Dear Valued Customers:

Today, Tuesday, March 24, Mitchell Graphics closed following the “stay home, stay safe” state order issued Monday by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in an effort to combat coronavirus – a deadly disease spreading across the state and country.

During the closure, the Mitchell Graphics leadership and legal teams took time to review the order closely to ensure continued operations take place both in compliance with the law and in respect of the social initiative the country is facing as a whole.

Mitchell Graphics has been designated an Essential Service provider by our partners in the financial services, energy, and government facilities Critical Infrastructure Sectors.

This designation is based on communications support Mitchell Graphics provides our partners and allows us to fulfill our responsibility to continue vital information dissemination for all of our customers as we navigate the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic.

While this designation allows us to continue servicing our customers’ needs, we would like to emphasize our new normal is in no way business as usual.

In an effort to address the health and safety of customers and our employees, we have implemented measures to support social distancing and mitigate direct contact.

Many staff members will be working remotely with representation in each department also continuing on-site in both Petoskey and Traverse City on a limited basis. While we are not open to visitors at either location or scheduling face-to-face appointments, technology allows us to provide the responsive communication, product quality, and service you have come to expect while respecting the health and welfare of our staff and the community as a whole.

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. And together we will get through this.
