Position Overview:
This is a rare opportunity to join the sales team of a successful and respected Northern Michigan business. With over five decades of experience in design, print and marketing services, Mitchell Graphics is a trusted marketing partner with a growing client base. This role comes with unlimited growth opportunities and high-income potential. We are seeking a Sales Representative / Account Manager to become a part of a dynamic team and continue to grow our customer base. The ideal candidate is a motivated, personable, growth-oriented professional with an interest in serving.

Job Type:
Full-Time, Monday – Friday, Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:
– Building and maintaining new business opportunities as well as growing existing client relationships
– Achieve new business goals by identifying needs and developing strategic opportunities and promoting effective solutions to customers
– Collaborate with clients, our customer service team, and our creative/production teams, to ensure both customer and sales objectives are met
– Update customers throughout production to keep them informed of the status of jobs, discuss additional information needed, and coordinate changes if needed

Qualifications:
– A minimum of 3 years of business-to-business selling experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
– General knowledge of basic software programs such as Microsoft Office and CRM database systems
– Ability to work both independently with little/no instruction, as well as in a team environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
