Production Team Member

Position Overview:
Mitchell Graphics is a successful and growing print and marketing service provider in beautiful northern Michigan. We are actively looking to hire a Production Team Member to join our team. We are searching for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals looking to jump start or change their career. The ideal candidate should demonstrated capabilities in a mechanical/technical field. Great candidates are team players and enjoy both learning and teaching new skills in a stable work environment. Schedule:
Full-Time, Hourly, Monday-Friday
(6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, or 10am-6pm depending on capacity)

Responsibilities:
– Prepare, operate, and maintain precision machinery according to instructions
– Review job tickets to determine amount of product to print, color requirements, paper stock, and other specifications
– Provide technical assistance to staff in the operation of related printing equipment as required

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Ability to bend/lift/move up to 50 pounds
– Ability to understand, follow, and issue routine oral and written instructions
